Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you can return items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Simply contact us to initiate your return.

Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care packaging our glassware, but accidents can happen. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return necessary.
Non-Returnable Items
Personalized or custom items are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
