Each order is thoughtfully packed with care to ensure your items arrive safely and beautifully.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated. During launches, holidays, or special promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping
We currently ship within the United States.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.
Fragile Items
Our glassware is carefully packaged with protective materials to help prevent damage during transit. While we take every precaution, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@elizarueco.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been shipped, Eliza Rue Co. is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. However, we will always do our best to assist with tracking and claims when possible.
